Zincite was formed in smokestacks located in Poland.  The smokestacks were faulty and allowed air into them as minerals were being smelted.  They later took down the old smokestacks and replaced them with ones that corrected the design flaw.  When they took down the old smokestacks, they found the beautiful Zincite crystals inside.  The crystal store where I worked had huge pieces of these beautiful crystals, but the supply of the naturally occurring Zincite is now pretty much gone.  That is why the ones that I was able to find are small and expensive.  Zincites are now being lab-created, but I feel the energy of those specimens are a bit lack luster compared to the original pieces from Poland.
