Rosemary improves memory and focus.  It is also used for protection, cleansing, purification, and to ward off negative energy.  Since Rosemary is associated with wisdom, love, and fidelity, work sprigs of Rosemary into buttoners, headpieces, or bouquets for a wedding.  It is said to attract elves and repel thieves.
 
Rosemary makes a wonderful substitution for Frankincense.  It can be burned, hung above doorways, or placed under pillows.  It is often used in spells for healing, love, and tranquility.  Burn Rosemary to purify a room and to banish stagnant energies.  You can use the smoke or Rosemary oil to clean athames, wands, or crystals.  Put some Rosemary in your bath water to remove worries and invigorate your spirit.
