This pendant is made by a local artisan in Sterling Silver.  The Stone is Opal accented by a Spiral design.  The bale is a little larger so that it can be put on a chain or on a crystal necklace.
 
Opals change color as you turn one around to look at it.  I feel this is symbolic of people.  As we change and grow, we shine and show different colors or different aspects of ourselves.  There is an ever-changing beauty in Opals and in life.
 
Opal brings happiness and enthusiasm with its beauty and serves as a reminder that you too are precious just like this gemstone.  It will, however, also bring up uncomfortable truths so that they can be addressed and released. 
 
This stone will bring in flashes of insight and intuition.  I also feel that there is a freedom from restraint in the changing colors which allows you to grow without limiting boundaries or beliefs.
