Lavender is my go-to herb for stress relief, peaceful sleep, tranquility and relaxation, but it does so much more.  In Medieval times, it was carried into battle for courage.  Lavender is associated with attraction, devotion, love, mental clarity, the divine feminine, and purification of your body and spirit (it means to wash). 
 
The gentle energy of Lavender fosters affection, emotional growth (opens the heart and the mind) and dispels depression, and grief to create a solid foundation for emotional balance.  It is a powerhouse herb.
 
Lavender can be eaten (when it is food grade), soaked in oil to create an anointing oil, used in spell jars, put with stones and other calming items, burned like incense, or carried in a charm bag.
 
Do not ingest these as this Lavender was purchased rather than grown here.
