The Hematite Dolphins have a hole drilled in the top.  If you want to wear one as a necklace, you could put a bale on the back or glue in a jump-ring with a post.  They would also be great as a totem, on an altar, or as part of artwork.  The back is flat which make them easy to glue to artwork or a book etc.
