These were in a bag of tumbles. They have a different feel than the other stones in that bag, and when I sat with them, they told me they are Earth Agates.
 
They work with the Earth to help her heal. I feel they need to be placed in the ground. It can be outside or in an indoor planter. If placed inside, I feel they will also help the plant grow. The Oxygen produced by the plant is also helpful to our planet.
