This elegant silver deer with gold decoration can be used to burn cone incense, to hold crystals, or to hold esssential oil infused items such as potpourri.  The domed lid and the slotted insert are removable (see the second picture).  The insert works with the cone incense to allow the ashes to fall below the metal tray.  If you want to use the piece to hold crystals, remove the insert and you can still place the domed lid over them or leave it off.
