From what I understand, Blue Tara Quartz is from a mine in Ipupiara, Brazil that is no longer in operation.  These grayish blue tinted stones contain trace amounts of Iron, Titanium, Magnesium, Lithium, or other minerals.  The inclusions are Riebeckite (rare), Olenite, and Indicolite.
