The Star of David is made up of two triangles.  One triangle is pointing up and one is pointing down.  The two triangles are laid over one another creating an ancient scared hexagonal shaped symbol.  The symbol represents the joining of opposites such as male/female, heaven/earth, and light/dark.  The shape helps us connect with our divine path on our spiritual journey.  It connects and amplifies the Universal Life Force Energies.
