Amphibole Quartz, also known as Angel Phantom Quartz or Angel Wing Phantom Quartz, contains inclusions of minerals such as Hornblende, Actinolite, Anthophyllite, Arfvedsonsite, Crocidolite, Cummingtonite, Glaucophane, Grunerite, Paragasite, Richterite, Riebeckite, and Tremolite.  The inclusions appear as wispy angel wings or feather-like patterns.  The colors, which can be white, gray, red, green or brown, and vary based on the inclusions.
