This pendant is made by a local artisan in Sterling Silver.  The Stone is Amethyst accented by a Butterfly.  If you look at the pendant, it looks like a cat with the ears being made up by the butterfly.  The bale is a little larger so that it can be put on a chain or on a crystal necklace.
 
Amethyst is a crystal of protection and purification.  It works as an energetic shield and helps you make a Divine connection.
