These beautiful abalone shells are calming and bring in the healing energy of the ocean.  I feel that things with ocean energy pull out energies, patterns, emotions, and other things that no longer serve us.  They fill us up with new energies, patterns, emotions, etc.
 
They can be used to hold small items, for burning sage, with the Kapachi Incense Kit, or with the charoal discs and resins.  Burning items in the shells brings in the element and energy of fire which represents motion, birth, rebirth, enlightenment, and purification.
 
Size varies, but they are approximately 4" x 3" x 1".
